I didn't get too far with this one. I did not post to alt.binaries.comp-graphics None of these seemed good enough.
I had the perfect piece of a fractal to paste into this globe. Frame was done in Blade Pro.
For this, I applied a filter from Andrew's set #6 to the whole image and added a piece of a fractal to the globe. I framed with a random Blade Pro setting.
